Abstract

Ushbu adabiyotlar sharhida klinik endodontikada qo‘llaniladigan irrigatsiya eritmalarining turlari, xususiyatlari va faollashtirish mexanizmlari keng qamrovli tahlil qilingan. 58 ta dolzarb tadqiqot asosida sodium gipoxlorit keng spektrli antimikrobiyal va to‘qima eritish xususiyatlari tufayli asosiy irrigant sifatida e’tirof etilgan. EDTA smear qatlamini olib tashlashda samarali ekani ko‘rsatilgan. MTAD va QMix kabi zamonaviy irrigantlarning ko‘p funksiyali xususiyatlari ta’kidlangan bo‘lsa-da, ularning klinik natijalari hali to‘liq isbotlanmagan. Irrigantlarni faollashtirish irrigatsiya samaradorligini oshirishda hal qiluvchi ahamiyatga ega. Passiv ultrasonik irrigatsiya (PUI) irrigant penetratsiyasini oshirish va biofilmni yo‘qotishda eng samarali usul sifatida ajralib turadi. Sonik faollashtirish, salbiy bosim tizimlari va lazer yordamida irrigatsiya muqobil yoki yordamchi variantlar sifatida o‘rganilgan.

Tahlil natijasida NaOCl va EDTA ni ultrasonik faollashtirish bilan birlashtirish optimal dezinfeksiya va uzoq muddatli klinik muvaffaqiyat uchun eng yaxshi natija berishini tasdiqlaydi. Xavfsizlik jihatlari, xususan irrigant ekstruziya va to‘qimalarga toksik ta’siri, klinik protokol tanlashda hisobga olinishi lozim.
